I don't think I have. Do you know them?

I do. Most of them anyway. I’ve been growing flowers for most of my life…

Did where you come from have different species?

Do you have a favorite to grow?

I think there are, but I don't really know their names.

Hmm... spider lilies, I think. Though they weren't really welcome in my home...

[ still, he'll gesture to his own halo - a combination of black and red spider lilies ]

They look so beautiful. Why wouldn't they be welcome?

Mm... The black ones - they're considered to be the flowers of death. If you picked one or harmed it even on accident, you would die instantly.

So... I can understand why people would be afraid of them.

I didn't know there were flowers that were so dangerous. But... they seem important to you. Were you okay raising them?

[noirges]

Mm... well I did keep it a secret from most people back home...

Dangerous... but you must've known what you were doing, right?

My grandpa taught me well when it came to looking after them. I feel lucky for that.

Did he spark your interest in flowers?

I love my grandpa more than anything. I wanted to be so much like him, when I was younger. Well - even now, I do.
