Weekend 0: Saturday

[ At least the Cafe hasn't been messed with today.

Whoever it is, is having a time destroying the rest of the locations.

She has a little tray of rabbit shaped buns in front of her. ]

Are you hungry?

[This cafe is so aesthetic. Akihiko isn't sure he likes it. And then he gets offered rabbit-shaped buns]

I--thanks?

[He's a bit surprised because, truthfully, he hadn't intended to get anything from this cafe, but he's polite enough to just accept something when offered to him like this]

I'm not used to this sort of places. It's unknown turf for me.

To... cafes?

[ It's an aesthetic cafe, but it is still a cafe. ]

Everything is very cute here.

[ziosar]

Yes. It's not like I don't like sweet or cute things, but...

[Akihiko makes a bit of a face like he's not sure how to express his thought on this]

It feels like I'm eating something I really shouldn't.

Week 0 --- Tuesday Morning

[ziosar]

[Early on Tuesday morning, Firefly might encounter quite the unusual sight! In the boardwalk there's an unknown person in jogging clothes! Nobody around here is green, after all.

But no, it's Akihiko. He's holding a can of something he got around here, unsure what to do with it. He never saw coming the Guacola would do this to him]

This better go away soon.

[fightolive]

[She's always awake this early in the morning, and she's squinting at the green person. It's much easier to place him once he talks.]

You're green? What happened?

[ziosar]

You tell me. I just had a soda.

[And clearly that was a bad choice. This is what he gets for not having brought water to his jogging, and then deciding to have a drink from this boardwalk]

W1: Monday

[ She's come to the new spot in The Morning, which means it's cold and snowy.

Have you ever seen somebody who regretted a decision so immediately. Can't say she's dressed for this weather either. ]

[ziosar]

[Oh, I like that outfit!

Akihiko wasn't prepared for the weather either, but, fortunately, there's sweaters on "sale". He sure doesn't hesitate to get a couple.

Upon seeing Firefly looking so cold, he tries to pass her one]

Here.

[fightolive]

[ It takes her a few seconds to register the sweater pressed against her. ]

Thank you...

[ As she starts putting it on, the shivering slowly dying down. ]

W1: Friday

[fightolive]

[ Firefly's already in the markets... She knows she won't find anything, but it at least feels better than doing nothing.

How does this keep happening? ]

[ziosar]

[Akihiko is here too. The night before he was serious and a little worried, but right now he's more disheartened than anything else, even though he's trying to hide it]

...hard to believe just a few hours ago everything felt so...different from now.

[Sparklers and all. It was a cozy time, despite everything. Now it's all ruined]

[fightolive]

Things can change so quickly.

[They were unsettled, but it's not like they knew a murder would certainly take place. Not for certain.]

I didn't think we'd end up losing two people.

Week 1 --- Saturday

[ziosar]

...Firefly.

[Hiiii, Firefly. Here's Akihiko. He doesn't seem tremendously happy, although not aggressive. But a couple hours after the trial, he sought her, wanting to have a good talk]

[fightolive]

[ By now she's out at the gazebo, looking up at the stars.

When he calls out, she'll look over at him. ]

Akihiko.

[ She doesn't look like she'll run away. ]

[ziosar]

I'm sure you can guess what's going around in my head.

[There's a huge elephant in the room, and Akihiko wants to get rid of it as soon as possible. He keeps his distance from Firefly, instead standing onto the other side of the gazebo]

Week 3 -- Monday

[ziosar]

[Woah, funhouse of mirrors, funhouse of memories. Probably unsurprising that, at some point, Firefly and Akihiko end up here. It's Akihiko's time to unveil things he had planned to keep quiet about.

Watch a memory! Akihiko lets it happen, watching everything with a bit of a complicated expression. Once it's over, he sighs]

Feels like it was so long ago, even though it was less than a year ago.

A year can go very quickly. Especially when there's something you're all working towards.

[ziosar]

I guess that's true. And then when there's something you're dreading, it feels like it arrives faster than it should.

[Time feels weird like that]

Week 5: Monday

[fightolive]

[ Firefly is in the orchard, her chao taking a seat on the table as she looks through the snacks. ]

[ziosar]

[Akihiko has just arrived from exploring all over the place!]

This is an improvement. Without the singing flowers, these gardens are more tolerable. [......] And without the bird mallets.

[fightolive]

I really don't know what the bird mallets were about...

But there's plenty of fresh fruits and snacks, if you're hungry.

Week 6 --- Monday

[ziosar]

[Akihiko wasted no time to explore the new places. The skating rink! He's already wearing skates, trying to move with them. Rolleblades aren't his forte, turns out. He has good balance, but actually moving seems to be a different issue]

This shouldn't be this hard...!

[fightolive]

[ She hasn't decided to put on the skates, just checking out the new location first. ]

Are you okay?

[ Hurrying over to make sure he doesn't fall. ]

[ziosar]

[Bless you, Firefly]

I haven't fall over and broken a bone, so I'm fine. This is just harder than I thought it'd be.

[He can balance on bars rather well and in an agile way, but apparently that level of balance doesn't extend to skates, my!]
